First Church gathers on Sunday mornings to worship God in two ways.

New Day Worship, a contemporary, casual and interactive experience, meets at 8:30 am on the ground level of the church.

The sermon is presented in a casual style that invites others to share impressions about the biblical passage or topic at hand.

Our traditional worship service meets at 10:45 am in our inspiring sanctuary. Traditional worship includes the time-honored hymns and liturgy of the mainline protestant church and features the Veterans’ Memorial Organ, a marvelous pipe organ built early in the 20th century and updated to benefit from modern technology.
